EOC Week 10: Robert Kearns

Robert Kearns was a great inventor and stood by his invention. He wanted to claim his creation and do what is right. However, it drove him mad and lost everything he had. In the beginning of “Flash of Genius”, Kearns talked about ethics. He said there will be a time where you get to choose to go to one path or to the other. One path may look evil, and one may look good. While Kearns thought he was doing something good, he chooses a path where he lost his family. However he won a lot of money, but lived a lonely life. I commend him for sticking up for him, however I am disappointed that he became a mad man. In my eyes, family is important, more important than money.
